Jaboom

Every Thursday evening for the past four years or so, Dom Farkas, Tomás Gubitsch and Professor Inlassable have been meeting at the latter's recording studio, a stone's throw from the Seine. The Professor completes his first tireless pirouette, Dom grabs his microphone and Tomás plugs in his eclectic guitar. 

The “record” button is pressed, red lights come on, they hoist their sails and set off on a sonic adventure together, to the tune of un(c)lassable loops and unpredictable coincidences. 

More frequently than you'd expect, a few gems slip through the (roughly) three hours of music they record every Thursday night. 

Around one or two in the morning, as they say goodbye, they tell themselves they'll listen to it all again with fresh ears the following Thursday. 

But then... 

The following week they get together as usual, but they don't listen to anything again; they plug in, press the “record” button, the red lights come on, and they record three new hours of music they'll probably never listen to again. (If our calculations are correct, excluding vacation periods and Thursdays when they watch an important soccer match together on TV, The Professor, Dom and Tomás have accumulated approximately 576 hours of recorded music).
